In this episode my guest is Allegra Stein. Allegra is a coach, champion of the unknown, helping awesome people do the things they really, really want to do.

Why you should listen to this episode?

Are you stuck in your career or your life? What do you feel about making a change? Are you waiting something to happen? How clear are you about your strengths and values and what change you want to make? If these questions intrigue you, you should listen to this episode.

What I take away from this episode?

Allegra shared perfect gems of wisdom:

I loved how she practiced and mastered saying yes to things, being honest and bold on making requests and being okay with all the answers she guests.

She told that she was the fan of unknown and it is where we learn most about ourselves.

To my question about how people get unstuck she said “Start doing something different. Can you make

  • 1 new conversation,
  • 1 new request
  • take 1 different action?

Lots of people wait for having confidence but confidence is a result, not a requirement.”
